Digital products. Products sold through I AM DISCIPLINE are digital books, guides, workbooks and related digital resources unless a product page states otherwise. Purchases grant the buyer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the digital content. Redistribution, resale, publication or sharing of purchased files is not permitted without written permission.

Product information and pricing. The product page describes the main content and price before purchase. Payment is completed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Access and delivery. Digital content is normally made available electronically after successful payment. If access or delivery fails, contact us so we can restore access or provide a reasonable solution.

Responsible use. Educational material is provided for general information and personal development. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, tax or financial advice where such advice is required.

Changes. We may improve, update or replace digital resources over time. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove mandatory rights attached to an existing purchase.

Digital delivery. Because digital products can be supplied immediately, refund rights may differ from those for physical goods. Any statutory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's country remain in force.

Problems with a purchase. If a file is defective, access is not delivered, a duplicate charge occurs, or the product materially differs from its description, contact iamdiscipline1@gmail.com with the order details so the issue can be reviewed promptly.

Refund requests. Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law and the buyer terms of the payment provider acting as merchant of record. Where the law permits immediate delivery of digital content following the buyer's consent, the statutory cancellation right may end once delivery or access has begun.

Payment-provider process. Where a payment provider processes the transaction as merchant of record, approved refunds are returned through that provider to the original payment method.

Information we use. We may process information you provide such as name, email address, account information, support messages and order references in order to provide products, account access, customer support and service communications.

Payments. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. I AM DISCIPLINE does not need to store full card details in order to deliver digital products.

Service providers. We may use hosting, database, analytics, communication and payment providers to operate the service. They process information only as needed to provide their services and subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention and rights. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, security, accounting or legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information.
